Alexander Papadolias, founder
Alexander Papadolias is a Greek chef born on January 4, 1981, in Athens, Greece. As a child he worked in his family ’s grocery store, thus influencing his career direction. At age 18, he attended Culinairy Institute. Then gained valuable experience working at several reputable restaurants next to great executive chefs and high reputation Pastry chefs. After a long experience within restaurants, hotels, catering companies, camping and sport canteens, food trucks, halls, competitions and private and auction cooking, came his break into kitchen's management.
His idea was to promote a selection of the best significant products (of the advantages of the Mediterranean ’s climatological and geological conditions, as well as the huge variety of native aromatic ingredients) and to highlight quality organic products within unique cooking techniques and knowledge of the ingredients.
The Mana Gaia team is constantly looking for partners in the food business chain, bio shops, small food-grocery boutiques and delicatessen.
